throttle body spacers?

i have a 95 bronco xlt with the 5.0 motor and i was wondering if anyone knows whether the throttle body spacers are worth it and if they realy give the truck more power and save gas mileage? pm me thanks for your help

i was surfing with a guy who had the airraid spacer and he said it was good im gonna get it when i can find it i herd autozone carries it but who knows
