The problem with the rear window was in the plug inside the rear quarter panel. It was passing DC but not enough to run the motor. I cut it out, and straight spliced it(solder,and shrink tubing, no half ass job), and the window works great now. I would have never found it, cause you can see it inside the bed, or from underneith.
