Smoke coming from both valve cover breathers

alright ill take a look at the accel pump. the timing is just at 0 no ****** no advance. the vaccum advance last time i cheaked was working properly. it runs like crap without it on so i go figure that its doing what it needs to be doin.

LOL... don't try too hard at figuring out your problem. Taking that air filter cover off can be a real PIA.

Regarding the vacuum advance... it runs like crap without it on so i go figure that its doing what it needs to be doin

if you just pull the hose, and don't plug it, it will run like crap because you will have created a vacuum leak.

Regarding haveing the timing set at TDC. I don't know what it should be, but I think it should be a bit before TDC.

the air filter was already off B)

but ya im gettin a new accel pump thats what it was. hopefuly it should fix the problem, ill come back on when i get the new pump in and let u know if its fixed. ill look for the correct timing to.

and the plugs are gapped at .044 so were good there.
