If the seat comes from an 80 - 96 F150, F250 or F350 it will probably fit with possible changes in the mounting bolt positions. You can drill new holes if necessary, but you need to reinforce the under side with a large #8 hardness washer to prevent the bolts from ripping through the floor in an accident. Take a look at how the bolt holes are reinforced for the existing seats.
