I plan on having the whole interior of my 73 sprayed with RhinoLiner.

Has anybody sprayed the tops of the bed rails and still been able to put the hardtop back on?

Just tell them to put tape or something in the peg & bolt holes so that there isn't any overspray. I sprayed mine w/herculiner, but it is no where as thick as Rhino is, so I was able to get the top back on with out any problems.

I'd say its OK. I've seen some pretty thick rubber padding between tops to fender rails adn they still fit. If it bacame a problem, take off the stock rubber gasket under the top and have it sit directly on the rhino liner or get some thin stick on gasket to keep water out.
