Hey, its been awhile since my last post and i need some serious help with the rear window. I've parked by Bronco for the past 6 months and i am trying to get her going again but the rear window isn't working. Before the truck was parked it worked fine but now it won't even roll half way down under its own power. I tryed pushing it down but it stops 2-3" short of going all the way down like somthing is blocking it. If it is the motor is there anyway to get to it without having the tailgate down and taking out the glass? Any help would be really helpful.

Thanks

Kyle

It's a little bit of a pain but you can get at it with the window up. It requires crawling in the back, removing the access panel, supporting the window with a piece of wood, and with all your contortionist dexterity skills removing the bolts that mount the motor to the regulator. Then let the window down and work on it with the tail gate open.

Even before you try removing the motor, have someone try it when you have the cover off and are inside where you can see what is going on. Perhaps you will get lucky when you remove the access cover and see something that may be blocking it.

Good luck,

:)>-
