Question of the day...

So me and a bunch of guys go out to the local mud holes... have an awesome day... comeback with our trucks COVERED in mud... naturally i go home and wash the underside of the truck and rinse of the engine, but i leave the rest of the mud for a few days cause i liked what i did out there and it makes my truck look bad ass. now for the question... Why does some A HOLE have to come along and write "wash me" on my effing windows and ruin the way it looks with mud on it???!!!??? Does this bug anyone else?

I know this is a random topic, but it bugs the **** out of me that someone would walk up and do that to a vehicle thats not theirs... now i have to wash the entire truck off which is also a pain... but i guess that give me a reason to go back out there and play a little more...

I know this is a rhetorical question, but it bothers me too.

Probably just a case of follow the leader. That person must have seen it on another vehicle at one time and decided that your's was a prime target. What really bothers me is that the paint may get scratched, and "wash me" may be etched into it.

I heard a story from an old redneck once, and there's really no telling if it's true or not...

We were both working for an electric company and he'd probably been with the same company for about 40 years. He said he used to have a big problem with people trying to break into his truck and he was getting pretty sick of it. Being the redneck genius that he is, he rigged up a neon transformer to the body of his truck. Typically those transformers have voltage on the order of 9,000V with pretty low amperage. He told me he could pull an arc out a couple of inches with his screwdriver. He told me the anti-theft device worked pretty well until a dog ****** on his wheel and ended its sad life in one final fire ball.

I'm pretty sure something like this would seriously convince someone that it was a bad idea to touch other people's vehicles. But, don't EVER try doing this because you most likely would end up killing someone.

that sounds like a good idea though... i wouldn't mind giving it a whirl... with a little less voltage and setting up a camera to record it... im sure it would be Hysterical...

so i broke down and washed my truck... took me a little over 2 and a half hours... there was enough mud to fill a 5 gallon bucket... yeah it was dirty... so i am still ****** about the jerks that decided to write in the mud... but oh well... imma go get it dirty again this week sometime i guess... /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

yeah i hate when that happens too...but what are ya gonna do it was probably some kid who thought it would be funny to do it...and i wouldnt advise going back out to where we were alone 1 mistake and you're stuck good lol

oh i know... i am going to take a few other guys out there cause they never been either... but we will be careful and i will avoid the big holes... lol

well you should have a decent understanding of what was bad....just be careful out there and if you go and get stuck make sure its at least a friday night or the weekend...and if you are free head to atcoraceway friday night for quick 8's
