Question for the brain trust

I'm trying to order some new drivers and passenger side mirrors for my '96 XL (way cheap Bronco) and every time I look up mirrors for a '96 I am shown the black plastic ones. My truck has the big metal swing away ones like I always see on the early 90's Broncos. Were these metal mirrors available on a '96 or do you think the doors must have been from an earlier Bronco? Mine look exactly like these Mirror, but I want to be sure they'll fit before I order because they're listed for an 87-91 Bronco.

If that is the style you have on your doors now, they will definitely fit. They are a direct replacement for the original mirrors of that style.

My 95 is the same way. The power mirrors were an option those years, along with the style that is on our truck. You can purchase them from LMC Truck as well.

You will notice that they are labeled 80-96 and there are a few styles available.

I had a '92 custom that had the big mirrors too. I bet it was an option on the standard/custom (non xlt) for 92-96.

That helps me as well. I've had that same question for my Bronco for awhile now. The only thing is mine is the XLT and not the XL.
