Passenger door power window only goes down

I need some help with my 1995 Bronco XLT. The passenger side window motor died, so I installed another motor. Now the motor will only roll the window down, and it seems like it isn't getting a signal to stop the motor when the window is full down. I don't know exactly which wire controls what in the switch, so I can't troubleshoot the switch itself. The motor turned the gear both ways when I tested it before installation. I don't think I have a **** switch for when the door is open because I can raise and lower the other window with the door open. Help! I'm going back to Iraq in 3 days and I want to get this fixed before I leave.
