did you change the speakers by the back seat too or just the ones in the doors. did you do all this yourself or did you have somebody do it? i took my radio out and put a piece of stainless steal there with one of those red flip up toggle switches in the center of that. it looks good but now i'm rethinking my original plan to build a center console with a radio in it.
I lined the sides of mine in diamond alum. tread plate. Left mounts in place for the rear speakers just in front of the rear seat, and put in a hole for my subwoofer way in the back on the right side. I used Grizzly grip for the outside of the bronco, and I might do it on the inside, too. But the aluminium plate looks pretty sharp as is, I thinkI did it myself, wasnt hard at all. Only speakers in my truck are the door ones, i stripped the interior out becuase im gonna Herculine it soon. So all i have are those 2 speakers in my doors, but it sounds really good and turns up if you want it too.
i cut my oun holes in the side panels near the tailgate and mounted 2 sony xplod 6x9 and right below that is another set in boxes so in gonna bolt those ones to the floor all in all im running 4 phillips in the front and 4 sony xplods in the back.. sounds great but i want an amp.I had a Rocksford Fosegate12" kicker in my truck, but i took it out because i didn wanna beat it up. I also didnt have any speakers that could keep with it Zep, Metallica, Skynyrd, AC/DC, Pantera anything had to much bass.
