I have a 70' Bronco and have been blowing passenger side break lights like mad. I have found that when I apply the brake, my brake lights work fine but my reverse lights come on very dim. So I put my bronco in reverse and the reverse lights work fine but the brake lights come on very dim. Any one have any ideas?

Thanks Andy

Sounds like the taillight buckets aren't grounded very well.

The poor ground is forcing the lights to back feed through the other circuit "looking" for a ground.

Clean up the ground wire for each bucket and try the lights again.

Let us know if this fixes your problem.
