Yea it will, you have to pull the dash apart to get the gauges and then pull the blank face out and put the tach in. After that just wire up the tach.

No man sorry i dont know how to wire one up, ive helped put those auto meter ones in before on my friends trucks but they always wired it i think its run to the distributor some how but im not sure, i just know that you can get the tach outta the dash of a truck that has one and put it in yours. And im not sure if broncos with out a tach have wires back there for them.

Without being rude can I ask *why* you're swapping tach assemblies ? If all you're looking for is the tach then it'll be a LOT easier to leave your current dash in place and use an aftermarket column mounted tach. This will look better AND give you more accurate direct readings (the better tach's have memory functions as well). They're easy to install, I'd give them a look.

Yea i was goin to suggest like an Auto Meter if you want a really nice one, and they have alot of differant styles. just mount it on the steerin column and put it in front of that blank face if you dont wanna stare at it :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> . They should come with instructions to.

I assume that you are replacing the cluster for reasons other than adding a Tac. It may or may not work. You need to know how many pins are on the connector in the back of yours versus the number of pins on the cluster you are looking at. Some trucks have full feature wiring in them which has a plug that is about 4 pins different in size than a truck without a Tack. If the pin count is the same then you can just swap the clusters and it should work.

Good luck,

:)>-

the other reason i want to change out my colom is beacause most of my lights are burnt out in my cluster.i want to keep the origanal look of the cluster and beacause its cheaper than getting an aftermarket tach

Not sure what year your Bronco is, but I just got one on e bay for my 88 installed it and the tach worked perfect. The truck harness was already wired for it.
