I started a engine switch on my '73 Bronco with my dad. We were under the gun because he had Mesothelioma and it won. The bottom line is that I don't have the experience to do it. The old engine is out and the new one is about 90% complete. It's a rebuilt 5.0 HiPo engine from a early 90s Mustang and is sitting on an engine stand. It really just needs to be installed and everything hooked up in the proper place. I have most if not all of the other parts needed to complete the job. I can turn a wrench and follow directions but my dad was the brains of the project.
What was in it..? I-6 or V/8 ?
Doesn't have to be a Bronco person. L.B. has a lot of mechanics. If you poke around/ask around you should be able to find a "Ford" guy who's good, (& broke) .. & willing to work weekends for cash$$.
