hey im new in town

hey hows it goin, my mom gave me her 79 with pretty much everything you can think of, brand new sitting in the back of it, doors, quarters, dash, rubbers, grille fenders, inners, etc. its a good summer proj.

thing is when i comes time to paint it(im apprenticing at www.littlevalleyrestoratinons.com right now) i have no clue what colour/colours it should go. does anyone have any good ideas/pics/links to sites with some schemes?

Is it a decal kit Bronco like the one in your avatar? If so, you can't replace those decals. Take it to a respectable decal making company and get decals made, those are getting rare and are going to be worth big $$$$

yea it is a decal kit, but only the quarters have it left, my stepdad pressure washed the rest off years ago cause it was peeling, but i have brand new doors fenders and quarters to put on it anyways and im looking to paint it at my shop but i dont really know what colour/colours i should paint it, hopefully some fellow brono fiends have some good ideas?

the best color is a darker metalic blue, not tru blus and not navy blue, but in between there. with metalic flakes if it is only going to be one color. were you going for a design? if you want two colors, silver and that darker blue.

i dont know about design, i might get the airbrusher at work to do something on the tailgate or something, im thinkin either black on black or a brown/tan 2-tone
