Help posting pics.

ok so I'm not new to the site, I joined a couple of months ago. > Really love it so far. I am a computer ****** so I am looking for some help. I have a few great pics of my old bronc that I'd love to post and I'd like to make one of them my avatar, but I cant figure out how to shrink them down to a postable size. Can anyone help me. Thanks.
