ok...i have a few ideas of why, but maybe some one else will know or have one that i missed. my bronco, an 82, four speed. when i am driving in third gear, will grind for some reason...but only while in third, it shifts in to it just fine. it does not do it in any other gears. i was thinking maybe the tranny is sittin sideways or maybe it could be time for a pressure plate or something. anyone else have any ideas? just wondering. thx.
