gauges

I was wondering what you guys thought about what gauges will get the job done. I have been looking around and found some decent looking electronic gauges for close to 20 dollars each rather then the expensive autometer ones that run 60 to 100 dollars for similar gauges. Some brands are JDM and glowshift which are much cheaper. Am I getting what I pay for here or has anyone had any experience with these or other gauges being inaccurate and cheap in performance and readability. Also what would you think the best gauges would be to get to monitor all the vitals properly. I have a tach, will need to get oil pressure, water temp, a new and better fuel level sensor and gauge, but anything else worth investing in. Thanks
