Can anyone tell me the correct jet sizes for an '81 5.8l, 2bbl ? My Ford dealer says they have no way to look it up.

look up the part number of the carb and see what applications it was for.

why?is it running rich,you don't have jets,running lean?

Thanks HIGHBOY73 - Its running rich, I guess - spitting black spots & liquid drips from tailpipe on startup - tailpipe is black soot.
