where can i get some decent and affordable fender flares?
I saw some nice ones in JC Whitney or Summit Magazine. I believe Broncograveyard has them as well. And all three places have cut out flares if your going to run larger tires and want to cover them bad boys up. I've been thinking about getting them to when I up my size. I can't wait to get my taxes back. I'm going to get something nice and expensive on my ride. I'm still drooling over that Bronco Air Winch bumper. That's probably what I'm getting, hehe )

Well you're got something of a learning curve here ahead of you. "decent" & "affordable" are not necessarily the same thing, quite often the terms are mutually exclusive. If it's affordable it's cheap ABS plastic & if it's decent it isn't cheap. Since you were also asking about rust repair I'll go a step further & mention that if you have the customary rust around the edges of your wheelwells you may want to invest in a set of Bushwacker cut-out flares. These flares allow you to cut anywhere from 3"-5" (or more) out of the wheelwell. This is usually sufficient to remove most or all of the local rust/rot and trim it back to healthy metal. It also lets you run larger tires without installing a lift kit. In extreme cases I've seen a guy cut his wheelwells back so far he was able to run 38.5's with no lift at all. Not that I recommend getting that extreme but it IS possible with the Bushwackers. They're a bolt-on and it's maybe something you're interested in.
