I have a '74 bronco. ive had it for 3 years and have been slowly restoring it but after i did interior and gas tanks everything went down hill. long story short i was wondering if anyone knows of a mechanic or even just a experience bronco owner in Washington state perferably in the puget sound region that wont take me to the cleaners as far as cost. I have Steering slack i would like to take care of. Brakes all around. battery drain/none of the switches or gauges work on dash. small leaks in transfer case, tranny, engine. trying to actually enjoy it one summer without having to worry about runnin off the road or getting dead battery some where. thanks

last time i took it to a shop they took it for a week and wrote down everything they found wrong and printed it out to hand to me. the print out was everything i had already told them was wrong and had wanted them to fix. they wanted 250 bucks without fixin anything like they said they would when i gave them the truck. and they also handed me a spring off of my brake and said it broke.

Hi '74 welcome..,

Click on "members" at top of home page on this site.

Look for "Bronoholic" or "Broncoholics" (not sure of spelling & there's two of them, one with the "s" on the end)

He lives up there by you & surely knows where you could get some mech. help. [-o<
