There are several posts about exhaust in the forum that you might want to do a search for. Basically the recommendation is to use shortie headers and from there a lot of people bring the left side over to the passenger side and back. Once clear of the transfer case they either continue out the same side or cross back over to the left side and out behind the wheel. If you want to go strait back with the left side you need a about 4 in of body lift to get over the transfer case. Another way is like Freak did with his truck, go out and back along the outside of the frame http://bronconine.proboards30.com/index.cg...read=1115433197

He would be a good guy to talk to about your truck.

Good luck,

:)>-

thanks for the advice. i think im gonna try to run the left side over and then straight back. i eventually want to run dual exhaust but lack money to lift the truck right now. anyhow, thanks again, im hoping to post some pics of the monster as soon as i can figure out how to work my camara. when ever i bought the bronco it had been rolled on its side. the roof was caved in, lukily it had a roll bar in the back that prevented any other body damage. i cut the roof off and installed a roll cage. its gonna be a river toy. later guys

Go with the ****** headers exhaust system designed for the bronco, it can be found on summit racing for around 150 dollars, I just bought it. I'm waiting on header bolts to finish the job up, but it looks like it will line up pretty well with the hedman hedders i bought.

How did your exhaust installation go? I had done the same. Two kits fron summit and they wouldn't bolt up. The kit had the pipes going over the crossmember on the passenger side. Snaked the up in there, But I couldn't get them to line up with the headers. I ended up putting in fender exit headers and part of the summit kit and a few parts from CAP to finally get it done. I couldn't find any shorty headers, that would have been better.

I used to have ******'s on my Bronco and I had to cut the collector's back to fit the pipe.
