Electrical Question

When I turn on the left or right turn signal, both front turn signals come on (aka, my hazards), but my rear turn signals work just like normal. I found a relay of some sort behind the dash with a wire running to the blinker switch arm and the other running into the unknown.. Could this relay be bad? Or am I going to have to find two wires that may have crossed?

Any help to save me time or money would be greatly appreciated.

First thing to check is all your ground connections.

When I was putting everything back together after paint, I tried to test the lights one by one as I put them in. Without all the grounds connected, mine acted just like yours.
