Electric 4x4

I have a 91 Eddie Bauer Bronco with electric 4 by 4 . Cant seem to get 4x4 to engage, switch tests out ok, so does the motor on trasfer case, but only a trickle of juice is getting to the switch. Any ideas????

pull the motor off the transfer case, and have someone push the button, and look to see if the motor is working
