I converted to EFI in my 74 bronco with a 302 and C4 trans. Was wondering what anybody else with this swap is getting for MPG. I keep running out of gas bc my guage doesnt work (sending unit is being shipped now) but its seems like im only getting 4-5 MPG. I am gonna run all new fuel lines to make sure it isnt leaking anywhere, but i dont see any leaks. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

When I first did mine, I was getting in the 20 mpg range. But now that everything is broken in, settled down & where it is supposed to be, I am getting around 13/18 city/highway. EFI, with either a manual or auto, should make your mpgs go up. If you are getting less than 10, then something else is going on....how are you driving it? That is going to have an effect on it too. If you always have your foot in it, then obviously you aren't going to get the mileage either.

I am driving normally not always on it or anything. I estimated about 4.5 mpg. It is running goood, i cant see how it is using so much fuel. How did you run the oxygen sensor? I have a duel exhaust but only one sensor. Is there something i can do to run two?

I get 8 mpg on the propane in rocks and dirt only the rig is scary on the freeway but I imagine 14 at 60 mph. One trip with freeway I did 90 miles freeway and 85 dirt mud and rocks it was raining and then snowing so mud and snow...I used about 14 gollons of the bbq gas so 175/ 14 about 12 ish all total not too bad on a hopped up 302
