Can someone help me? What is EEC and how do I know if my Bronco has it? I'm trying to replace the harmonic balancer and I guess I need to know this info. Thanks

Thanks for replying. It is a 1982 with a 351w. Is there a way to tell if I have electronic engine control?

i have a '82 with a 302 and i dont have it so i dont think a 351 has one in fact eec came out in '87 with fuel-injected models

EEC is the electronic computer that the bronco uses to run the engine. I can't tell if you have one or not, if your Bronco is a later model then you probably have one.
