I got my bronco a little over a month and a half ago. I got a really good deal since it's mechanically flawless for something with over 200k. The body is straight, even has a new paint job (from one day paint, I want a better one). The vehicle belongs to a former abstractor, it spent a lot of time on the highway, going all over the state (from what I'm told), and parked on the field.
Needless to say the inside it shot with grease and grime EVERYWHERE! The original color is like the weird light blue/grey, I cant decide. It doesn't exactly match my dads grey interior in his 94 F-150 nor does it match the blue in my 92 explorer. I want to go with a completely different color on the inside, and was wondering about the dash and door panel, and interior plastic trim pieces. So several questions
1. How did you guys decide the color scheme?
2. Is the VIN easy to keep with a new dash
3. What's the best way to get new plastic trim color (donor car/new pieces or ghetto paint?)
4. Do you rip the insides out and piece it together as you keep driving it?
5. Can some one post a picture of the back seat mounts?
