CA smog

Ok, I've found a new engine for my '76EB, its a low milage 5.0High Performance from an 89 Mustang. Anyone out there from California up on what I have to do to satisfy our smog laws?

I have a '75 and did the same '89 ** EFI I don't need smog and I think next year your '76 is the same.....OR

My parents have a ranch in Mendo. county up north.....No smog.....Dads '78 flat bed, 88 F-150, '92 toyota pick-up........

NO SMOG..... Get a P.O. BOX up their somewhere in the southern part of the county so you don't have to drive so far to check the P.O. box say.......Ukiah.....and make it happen
