where could i get this diamond plat peice that covers the gap on the bumper from the body lift?

That looks like a custom-made piece. shouldn't be too hard to fab or have one made.

That piece actually looks like its attached to the tailgate, perhaps hiding rust. But like Seabronc said, fabbin up a piece would be very easy to do
