aftermarket lower intake, fuel injection

I have a 92 ford bronco with a 5.8 liter engine and it has fuel injection. The problem i'm having is the lower intake is leaking due to age and it is pretty rough around some of the port openings and i've replaced the gaskets already a couple of times. It stops leaking temporarily but then starts back up. I've tried local salvage yards and haven't had any luck and the dealer wants a$1,000.00 for a new one. Has anyone have any ideas on how to fix this or has anyone gone with a aftermarket lower intake manifold? Would appreciate any help.
