88 Bronco II 4x4 problem

Lately my '88 Bronco II has started popping out of 4WD while I'm driving. I have no problem shifting into 4WD, but while I'm driving it pops out. Why is this happening? What can I do about it?

did u put a body lift on ??

if so check your line for tension on it

Check your sheet metal carpet and boot trans and trasfer case mounts might as well check the motor mounts too things shift...........
