I have a 77 bronco with a c-4. The previous owner must have been a moon shiner. He made the coolant lines out of copper. Is there a rubber lines available that could be used or is steel the only way. The wiring harness is shot on this unit as well. How big a job is it to replace the old harness. I see you have this harness listed as 66-77. How is this considering mine is electronic ignition? thanks

I think you should stick with steel from the radiator transmission cooler tank to the transmission. I have some rubber line in mine, but only from the place I cut into the line for the external cooler. Pictures attached.

You must have linked from JBG or some other catalog. I'd call them direct and ask that harness question Jeff's Bronco Graveyard phone number is 248-437-5060. You won't just get a order taker, they know their product line pretty good. My guess is you would have to put in the new harness for most of the electric and add the EFI harness, just as you would if working with the original harness.

Good luck,

:)>-
