Hey guys, I tryed searching on google but couldn't find an answer to this question.
I was looking at axle codes on the Vin sticker and was wondering if a 3 digit code was anything special compared to a 2 digit code. For example:
This is a 2 digit axle code really easy to look up to know the gear ratio no big deal.
But this tag has a 3 digit axle code, so I was wondering if the 3rd digit indicated something special about the Front axle.
Hoping somebody here might have some info on the purpose of the 3rd digit. Kinda would like to find a Limited slip front with 4.10 gears.
