95 .5v to center dome light

Ah more problems

So my dome light stopped working shortly after installing led light, the 2 map lights on either side work, but the center light doesn't when i check it with a volt meter it only has .5v, ive cleaned all the contacts but still only getting. 5v.

Any ideas on what to look for?

Sounds like a broken connection somewhere.

Checked the plug at the b pillar its looks good, dry but a little dirty. (Thanks for the info on where ithe dome wires came down to) pulled it apart and green has 13.8v at idle and blk/blu strip wire only read 1v, tried following it up under the dashboard but lost it after the blk connector harness looked ok though, do you knok where all it goes? Because if i pull fuse #8 it sounds like theres a relay kicking off.

Glad you could find it and fix it. I've had breaks that have taken me 4 looks in the some spot and 8 hours of looking.

Found out my tailgate key switch worked just fine after finding same kinda break in the blk/wht wire near my fuel filter

I replaced the oem bulbs in the dash on my 78 with LED. Now they won,t work. I know some driving and fog lights. Have to be installed with GLOVES ON. Are these LED BULBS the same way. I installed them with bare hands and now NONE OF THEM BURN. I,m going back to OEM
