1996 fuel pump wiring issues

Hey, im Doc, I got a 1996 bronco with the 5.0. Bought cheap and already wrecked but wiring is a nightmare. The hanger assembly has 4 wires at the top but mine had only 2 connected with the float assembly grounded to the mounting ***** itself. What is connected to what on the pump. Took the tank home to clean...Pump had no power and wouldnt run. Inertia switch checked out.. Also needs a new return line to the pump also. What is the line size for the line going back to the pump not to the fuel filter? Just verifying. Much appreciated!

Let's workout the wiring first.




Supply (pressure) lines are blue; return lines are gray.

Blue supply lines are 3/8"; gray return lines are 5/16".
I prefer NAPA LINES.

ASAP, find out if speed control recall work, if equipped was completed @ Recalls Look-up by VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) @ https://vinrcl.safercar.gov/vin/

Also, the tach isnt registering, where would I start? There are alot of ground issues from the wreck it was in. Im still repairing everything on the passenger side fender, it ripped a lot of the wiring out... Ignition cylinder was tampered with but before I fixed the fuel pump, it would turn over just not fire up.. Even the door chimes worked with the cobbled together wires.
