I have about $40 total in mine so far. Thats for the top, seat belts, and paint. Got the top off craigslist for $20, I just posted an add saying I was looking to buy a hard top and I had a few people email trying to get rid of theirs.
Broncobill I will get the tape measure out in the next few days and measure the top and let you know. I drove it down the interstate tonight and got it up to about 75-80 and I couldn't see any flex and the wind wasn't that bad.
Outkast the top is open for now I am planning on have some leather...
broncobill I went in about 3-5 inches from the crease and cut there. I tapped on the top until it sound real thin and then went in a couple more inches.
I will be putting in a role cage hopefully in a few months when I get some metal. I wont be taking the kids off roading unless its like trail...
Yep hopefully have the sides and the top done this week or next week.
then the only thing else I need to do is install the shoulder strap seat belts. My bronco is a 90 and top is off a 92 so I also got the seat belts. Gotta keep the rugrats safe.
A buddy and I where looking over my bronco last week and he noticed my harmonic balancer coming apart. The rubber seal was sticking out of front and the back and part of the seal was missing. Check out the pics.
THANKS!
THE GUY I BOUGHT IT FROM TOLD ME THEY ADDED THE CLOTH TO THE TOP OF THE HARD TOP AND THE CARPET ALL THE WAY THRU. I DONT KNOW IF THAT IS THE CASE THOUGH I HAVENT SEEN TO MANY OTHER ROLLALONGS.
THANKS AGAIN.
Thanks for the help I think Chris's Blue truck looks the best for the windows and the top. I will post some pics up today or tomorrow of what I have done so far.

I bought a donor top today. I am wanting to cut the top out of it, the side windows are already out. I found a couple of write ups , thru the search, that people have done it but more would be good to get different ideas. I need to figure out the best way to make the side windows.
I will be...
We did not cycle the OD switch.
The OD button is on the dash. So basically I need to cycle and then see if a code comes up. I will have to get with my friend a few houses down and use his hand held device to see how exactly and when I cycle it.
Thanks for the help though.
Has anyone ever changed the Over drive cancel switch?? I have cope 65 and thats what it says it is. I just don't know if it is a component that you remove and replace or do you need to do anything else to it.
It is a 90 Bronco with 351 and an E4OD.
Thanks.
