NEED HELP Transmission Fluid and Engine oil LEAK

My 96 bronco is leaking BOTH Transmission fluid and Engine Oil. I don't know what to do with it, at first it was just the transmission leaking, so I figured I would put a new seal on, but now it's leaking oil too, and I don't even know how to begin to approach this problem. Thanks, Dylan
