choice between 1)time/skill/equip/space, etc and 2)cost of new frame.
Your asking us when its all about U: labor v $. If U have the 1st (time, etc) and wish to save - U DIY. If not U buy a frame (#2) rust proof it & start swappin (lots of work too).
I can't advise U frm a few pic. Is it like that all over? How much is "all over". Invite over an experienced friend. Spend 10 min ona creeper of w/a lift....C what he sez...?

Thanks guys it is only like that in the rear from end of frame rail to about the gas tank was thinking of getting some metal stock to weld in to replace it if i can find any
If it is completely straight there you can have a C channel formed to your dimensions at most metal shops. You can slip it over the old frame and weld it or cut and replace is the best.
Any bumper attachments, body mounts can just be added. It's not rocket science.
