I have a 79 ford bronco with dana 44 front axle with warn hub locks. I was playin in the sand when i herd a pop didnt think much of it till i relized i didnt have 4x4 any more. The diff is open so all the power unloads to that side of course the axle isnt broke it seems that the hub isnt locking up anymore. Havent torn into it yet just looking for advice and ideas of what it could be and things to look for.. thanks

when is the last time you greased the hub completely?...if you dont keep up on he grease then it will dry up and it will pop like that so try pulling it apart and greasing see if that fixes it...or you could have blown the hub (i have blown close to 10 set of warn hubs i dont use them anymore) so its going to be one of the 2
