I've seen a post here and there about thornbird tsl's..
Reviews are both sided as far as I can see, they're great looking tires, and I know they aren't the best.
Just wondering how decent they are, I'm not competitively mud bogging or anything, not doing a lot of highway driving.
Just want something that works on trails, sand, and sometimes mud.. Not rock..
But also something that satisfies my rig's vanity..
Any comments help! & Thank You!

the t-birds are realy good in the mud from what ive done but in the sand i dont think so.too much bite would cause you to did to quickly.

i am a fan of super swamper TSL's...they work great in the sand for me and even better in the mud only downfall is its a loud ride with them unless you dont mind it

I would go with the MT Claws. Excellent bite all around.

i can see the thornbirds packing up with mud and not doing so well. yes i like the tsls and the boggers. i would like to get some 33 inch tsls for my 78 if possible to find them below a couple h8ndred bucks maybe used.

i got 33" thornbirds on my '92 ford f150.they are sh** on sand and anything wet like grass.they do pretty good when u wanna get out of ruts and in mud welll they arent the greatest but they arent that bad either as far as i can tell its only my first set of mud terrains but my buddy who has more 4x4ing experience than me says they chew alrigt and in my opinion they are pretty decent tires mainly because i can keep up with some of my friends with 4 wheel drive that works so that might say something but as far as im concerned theyre decent tires
