I am in Iowa, here we have Inland truck parts. They build driveshafts from scratch. I am sure they can get one.

So maybe look locally for a driveline shop?

As I am sure you did, when I google that number it comes up as a complete driveshaft.

Then there is a u-pull-it yards. You can probably get the whole shaft, take the piece you need and pitch the rest for the price of a new yoke at a driveline shop

Sometimes you might have to settle for a used part. Now days alot of the NEW PARTS----ARE JUNK---AND YOU ARE BETTER OFF GETTING A USED PART FROM A JUNK YARD

Did you get another yoke? Not only the picture is helpful---do you have a part number on the part? It can also be helpful --if you would show it. You,d be surprised at the people that gets a part--it doesn,t match and they lay it on a shelf and not take it back. I am bad about that.

Thanks all for everyone's input. Found the yoke at Amazon. Surprised seem to be exact same made part as original.
